I’m a metal sculptor and jewelry designer in Akron, Ohio. I draw my inspiration from nature and the industrial strength of the rust-belt city I’m from. I began learning the welding business and metal-smith trade at a young age in my father’s steel fabricating shop, Condor Welding, in Norton OH. Utilizing the resources around me, I enjoy finding creative ways to recycle scrap metals into new, inventive sculpture. I find  great joy in creative expression. Creating from the heart, I hope the art I bring to life aids in the appreciation and preservation of the natural world.

I’m the child of a seamstress and a carpenter, and grew up visually immersed between Southwest and Graffiti art. I spent much of my youth around Southwest painters and galleries, and spent my teen years sneaking off to watch graffiti artists create enormous crisp and vibrant compositions. My painting style reflects these two very different but complementary styles, while layering spiritual and cultural references with subtle color changes and crisp lines. My work explores cultural evolution, and hidden windows and intersections in the universe where different worlds collide. I hold a BFA in painting with a focus in Ancient Middle Eastern Art from The University of Texas.
