Artist Statement:

Art is so powerful as it brings out the beauty in the world. It creates a magical way for the expression of thoughts, ideas, advocacy, and perspectives to be seen in a number of mediums. It holds the ability to reach and touch people’s hearts. We witnessed this when the Peg’s Foundation hosted our Art Gallery entitled “His Ability: Autism Seen Through His Sisters’ Eyes.” It is a collection of different art media, photographs, and poems, inspired by our brother, who has autism. Despite his diagnosis, he defied the odds: he is a musical prodigy, plays 13 instruments, raises millions for important causes, etc. Our art had viewers see the ability and gifts in everyone. We continue to share our art with families all over the world.
